Policies Reservations: Although we do accept walk-in guests when we can, our guests are generally seen by appointment only. We suggest that you make your appointment as early as possible so that we may accommodate your schedule. Please keep in mind that weekends and evenings often fill our schedule early. If you are visiting the Ashland area, please make your reservations at least two weeks in advance for weekend appointments. We suggest scheduling your next spa service before leaving each service so that you can have your desired time and therapist or hairstylist. Cancellations: All reservations for groups of two or more, services costing $100 or more and all packages are held with a credit card or gift certificate. A 48 hour notice is required to change or cancel those services. Short-notice cancellations will be billed 50% of service prices. Full price is charged for same-day cancellations or no-shows. A 24-hour notice is appreciated for all other appointments. Thank you. Referral Program: As thanks for your referrals, for every five new guests you send to us for any service we will send you a $50 certificate to use toward any service or product. Children: Please provide outside care for your children while you are in for services. Cell Phones: We ask that you turn your cell phone off upon arrival and take all cell phone conversations outside. Thank you. Privacy: Because of the personal nature of our business, our technicians have a high respect for you and your privacy. We expect the same in return.
