The Phoenix Experience

The Phoenix opened its doors in July 1996. We are very fortunate to have long-time employees who are dedicated to creating The Phoenix experience for each and every one of our guests. In quiet, calming treatment rooms our masterful aestheticians use their skillful hands for personalized facials and gentle waxing. Our exceptional massage therapists provide a wide variety of customized massage and body treatments. Our multi-talented hairstylists and nail technicians maintain the serenity of our guests' experience in the quiet, warm and inviting salon, with its soft gentle colors and abundant natural lighting.

Using Aveda products exclusively for all our services supports our environmental mission to offer products that are not only beneficial for the skin, hair and body, but also have minimal impact on our environment and reduce our eco-footprint. We also do our part by employing various other environmentally friendly practices, such as waste reduction, recycling, replacing throw-away items with reusable ones, using compostable cups, eliminating wasteful items like sample cups and paper gratuity envelopes, and much, much more.

We were honored to be named Ashland's Business of the Year in 2000, and we continue to provide the quality of service and experience that keep our guests returning year after year from such places as Vancouver, Denver, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York and Hawaii, while we remain at heart a "locals" spa.
